Yoga on the lawn
Morning yoga led by Briana from Body Works Fitness Studio & Gym. Free with advance signup.
10:00 AM
Church service
Community worship service at The Mockingbird.
11:00 AM
Cardio Drumming
Free cardio drumming led by Denny from Done Weighting. Jump in for as many or as few songs as you'd like!
11:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Jam Session 1
Local and regional musicians rotate throughout the first afternoon session.
2:30 PM – 4:00 PM

Featured live performance.

Jam Session 2
The music continues through the evening with more local and regional performers.
